SURGICAL EXPERIENCE

• First operator in more than 100 cases (AVR, CABG, AVR with annulus enlargement or combined (AVR+CABG))

• Second operator in more than 900 cases (AVR, MVR or MV repair, CABG, Ascending Aorta Replacement, Arch operations, Type A Dissections, Valve-sparing operations, REDO)

• Experience in innovative techniques such as “non-touch” vein-graft harvesting

• Thoracic Surgery: experienced thoracic drainage insertion, thoracic trauma management, management of lung diseases, pneumothorax and hemothorax; first operator in more than 25 cases, second operator in more than 50 cases

• September 2018: Aortic Root Skills Lab (certified by Prof. Paul Sergeant)

• September 2018: Anastomotic Skills Lab (certified by Prof. Paul Sergeant)
