Graduated in Medicine in 1985 and earned a M.D. with full marks and honors from the University of Catania in Italy. He received his Medical Licensure in 1985 in Italy. Dr. Tribastone was awarded the Certificate of Specialist in Cardiovascular Surgery with highest grades and honors in 1990. He also attended the Healthcare Management Course for cardiac surgeons at the LUISS Business School in Rome, Italy, under the patronage of the Italian Society for Cardiac Surgery, held in Rome from July 6th, 2006 to July 4th, 2007.
