Aortic Dissection Awareness Short Film Wins 2020 Rare Disease Film Festival Peoples' Choice Award

Aortic Dissection Awareness (UK & Ireland) is a patient association for people affected by aortic dissection and their families. Their short film, "Today Is a Good Day," is the winner of the Peoples' Choice Award at the 2020 Rare Disease Film Festival. The festival, produced by Rare Disease UK, features 50 films, many produced by professional healthcare digital/PR agencies. Eighteen of these films were shortlisted and included in the online Peoples' Choice Award competition, with the Aortic Dissection Awareness video winning first place with 15,568 votes.
