CTSNet Editor in Chief Prof. Joel Dunning spoke with Prof. Alan Sihoe, a thoracic surgeon at CUHK Medical Center in Hong Kong, about the current state of segmentectomy procedures. They discussed Prof. Sihoe’s presentation on global segmentectomy and innovations in minimally invasive segmentectomy. They also talked about changing views on the procedure among the evolving lung cancer treatment landscape and the importance of keeping an open mind.
