As part of the 2023 Joint International Conference of the African Academy for Pediatric and Congenital Heart Surgery and the African Association of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgeons, Dr. Mark N. Awori presented on his team's experience with the development of a cardiac surgery unit and how it connects to surgical management and outcomes of Tetralogy of Fallot in Kenya.
