The authors report the case of a 50-year-old woman suffering from lymphoblastic leukemia, developing left upper lobe aspergilloma during aplastic chemotherapy, and presenting partial anomalous pulmonary vein connection of the left upper lobe, who submitted to pulmonary resection.
