Randomized multicenter trial comparing rapid-deployment aortic valve prosthesis versus conventional aortic valve surgery.  The study found that rapid-deploymenbt prosthesis had reduced cross clamp time, lower transvalvular gradient, and less patient-prosthesis mismatch.
