CTSNet is sad to announce the passing of Roy K. Greenberg, MD. Dr. Greenberg had a passion for problem solving, and he applied this to the care of his patients at the Cleveland Clinic. His innovations and research helped shape the current treatment of complex aortic disease, and his contributions were instrumental to ushering in the era of endovascular therapy.

This video demonstrates a VATS diaphragm plication. The patient had phrenic nerve paralysis of the left hemidiaphragm from an unknown cause. The patient had to give up his job due to shortness of breath and had a restrictive defect that was 30% worse in supine lung function testing.
