In this observational study, the utility of decellularized allogeneic pulmonary artery patches for pulmonary arterioplasty was evaluated in 108 patients. No device failures or adverse events were detected. An historical comparison cohort in whom conventional materials were used experienced a 14% failure rate.

Aortopulmonary window associated with interrupted aortic arch is a rare malformation. This video shows the one-stage repair of the defect in a 2.4 kg neonate.

A Dacron sleeve around the dilated ascending aorta is a simple technique that allows the ascending aorta to adopt the shape of the Dacron tube graft which avoids wrinkle formation, dislocation and erosion.

A technique for the treatment of a complex aortic disease is demonstrated in this video.  The aortic arch was replaced followed by deployment of a thoracic stent-graft through the branch of a Dacron graft.

Side-graft right axillary artery cannulation with a lateral anterior approach through the deltoid-pectoral groove, as shown in the video, is an easy technique to establish arterial inflow for cardio-pulmonary bypass in the treatment of type-A aortic dissections and aortic arch aneurysms.
