The authors describe a direct reimplantation technique that does not involve aortotomy or pericardial patch of the aorta in patients with malignant right anomalous coronary arteries.

Severe leaflet tethering which is mainly the result of long standing Tricuspid valve regurgitation and RV dilatation is the main predictor of residual and/or recurrent valve insufficiency. We present the Novel technique of Papillary Muscle Cross Control which effectively overcomes the leaflet tethering in a very practical, simple , and reproducible manner by controlled approximation of the anterior papillary muscle to the posterior/septal part of the semi-rigid annuloplasty ring. The papillary cross-control technique is applicable both as a supplementary technique after ring annuloplasty for functional TR with tethered cusps and also for completing the repair in more complex cases of organic valve disease such as Ebstein Anomaly. Our early and late results with this technique has been quite encouraging.

This video shows the Ross procedure with a reinforced pulmonary autograft in an adult with aortic valve stenosis, secondary to a congenitally bicuspid aortic valve and dilated ascending aorta.
September 28, 2021
The technique of congenital aortic valve fenestration repair with valve-sparing aortic root replacement (root remodeling with extra-aortic ring annuloplasty) is presented in the case of a 24-year-old female with an expanding aortic root aneurysm, heterotaxy syndrome, and interrupted inferior vena cava.
September 21, 2021
The authors demonstrate a double valve replacement with tricuspid annuloplasty in a patient with dextrocardia due to rheumatic heart disease.

This video illustrates a surgical correction of ruptured sinus of valsalva aneurysm from a rudimentay coronary sinus (between the right and non coronary cusps) to the right atrium.
September 7, 2021
The authors demonstrate their technique for total arterial myocardial revascularization using bilateral internal thoracic arteries and the right gastroepiploic artery as in-situ grafts for the treatment of three-vessel disease.
September 2, 2021
The authors present the case of a two-year-old patient who was treated for an aorto-left ventricular tunnel in the right Valsalva sinus.
August 31, 2021
The authors present a video showing totally endoscopic port access using a three-dimensional endoscopic system for resection of the left atrial myxoma and mitral valve repair without robotic assistance.
