Moninder Bhabra of the New Cross Hospital, United Kingdom, discusses the transcatheter implantation of a new bioprosthesis valve into a previously replaced or repaired valve. Dr. Bhabra stresses the importance of preoperative planning when performing a valve-in-valve TAVI/TAVR, and shares tips for successfully deploying a range of valves.

I think we should start using more biological valves and avoid rigid and complete rings when doing mitral valve repair.Also I think we should do our best to use the biggest possible valve.
