The retrospective historical data can be juxtaposed favourably to the recently presented ( also excellent results) in JANS on acute dissection in Denmark from a compulsory national registry (https://www.annalsthoracicsurgery.org/article/S0003-4975(23)00683-5/fulltext). The strength of the paper is the succinct discussion.
