This video illustrates optimal robot docking, port placement, and surgical technique for a robot-assisted right-sided diaphragmatic plication. Utilizing a transthoracic anterior-medial to posterior-lateral approach with interrupted horizontal mattress sutures, the right hemidiaphragm was plicated to provide symptomatic relief for right-sided diaphragmatic paralysis.
