This video demonstrates the repair of partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage of the left side in an 8-year-old boy. The repair was performed less invasively via bilateral anterior mini-thoracotomies. This approach provides excellent visualization of the vertical vein and left atrium, and may be a safer approach, since a sternotomy is not needed.

This video demonstrates a valve-sparing root replacement (David procedure) with removal of the papillary fibroelastoma and reconstruction of the valve using 180° commissure orientation and cusp plications.
